What data we collect
- Contact details you provide in the form (name, company, email, phone).
- The content of your enquiry and any subsequent correspondence.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) logged by our hosting provider.
- Analytics events related to website use, collected by Matomo: visited URL, referrer, device type, browser, approximate location and shortened IP address.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and conducting commercial conversations — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
- Performance of a contract and delivery of ordered services — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Measuring website traffic and improving site operation — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (controller's legitimate interest).
Retention period
Data submitted via the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then for up to 24 months. If a contract is signed, data is processed in line with applicable tax and accounting law, up to 5 years from the end of the financial year.
Recipients
Data may be processed by trusted IT, hosting, email, communication and analytics providers acting on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We run website analytics with Matomo at matomo.jakubek.tech.
Your rights
- Right of access and to receive a copy of your data.
- Right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.
- Right to object to processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
